Need to fix a gate (moving the hinges to the other side so the gate can be opened and not hitting to the battery concrete slab) and remove outdoor undercover for AC's drainage pipe to be installed then put the cover back on.

left gate needs to be adjusted as scrapping the concrete.

Front face is around 16.87m (approx), ground is close to absolute flat. Height: 1.5 meters. Need big auto-gate for car. I belive that sliding gate is easier for my place. I would prefer completed with Motor, installtion and wiring if required. Need small gate for pedestrain. The gate can be locked. Current postbox could be behide the fence so the fence should include the postbox. Prefer metal fence with blade or slate style (horizontal or vertical). The slate can be timber or aluminum (want to know the cost then choose) Color: black or grey, like to match the color of fence and wall. Our glass pool gate doesnt close automatically as required by local council regulations. the top part of the hinge where the holes are now moves but perhaps the spring is not functioning. at the bottom of the gate the holes on the hinge wont move, even after WD40. - Due date: Flexible
