Replace lost key for auto gate motor

One side of our automatic front gate (right-hand side when entering) is currently not closing properly. The gate motor unit appears to have come loose or partially detached from its bracket, and as a result, the gate won’t align or close fully.

Looking for someone to safeguard this sliding gate with maybe an hard plastic cover etc while still allowing it to open and close. Our dog keeps getting underneath it and cutting herself on the jagged edges.

We need to replace hinges on a steel framed gate & lift higher on timber supporting post. Car backed into gate (nightime) as gate got stuck on ground & didn't fully open. So gate needs to be lifted higher on timber posts & electric gate system to also be moved higher on to post

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.

I have 3 outdoor metal gates (1 front entrance gate and 2 side gates) that need adjustment. They were all working fine before, but due to minor alignment shifts over time, they’re no longer closing properly. All hinge are same type as pictured. The front gate is now very tight and difficult to operate. The two side gates aren’t closing or latching properly. As per council inspector, I need to reduce the gap between the gate and the glass panel to not more than 10mm. The pictures are attached. The current gap is closer to 20 mm. The next inspection in on Friday 28th March, so I'd like the work done with time to spare.

I need assistance replacing the rotten wood and re-hanging a gate that has collapsed. The wood on each side of the gate that is attached to the fence and the house is completely rotten and needs replacing and re-attaching. The gate will then need to be re-hung and aligned. The gate and each bit of wood that it is attached to are approximately 210cm tall.
