Remove old induction Cooktop Install New Gas cooktop

I am doing some Reno’s and need a new gas cooktop fitted in the kitchen. Need a certificate as well. All lines are exisiting and there use to be an old cooktop that was removed previously.

The main (largest) gas burner on my stovetop isn’t working properly. The flame comes out from underneath the burner cap instead of evenly spreading under the pot, and it keeps changing in size while cooking. I’ve already cleaned and refitted the burner parts, but the issue remains. It looks like something needs adjustment or repair. Would like someone experienced with gas stoves to check and fix it as soon as possible.

Having kitchen re-tiled. Need gas stove unattached, so we can move it into a different room. Gas stove, is not that heavy and can easily be moved. Just flexible pipe going into a copper pipe (which comes out of the floor). Electricity is just standard plug into wall socket. Needs to be reinstalled a few days later after tiling is finished!

I have an existing miele gas cook-top. It is working but has a number of faults. Thus I would like it replaced. I have purchased and now have a newer model of that exact miele cook-top. I have verified that the new one should just be a drop in replacement for the old one (the hole is the same size etc). I need someone to remove the old and put in the new.

I have an electric 4 burner stove top and needs to be replaced with 4 burner gas top. Gas line is available underneath. Plumber will need to get gas fitting pipe approx 1.5 mtrs to connect the burner to gas outlet. The cut out is fit to size and the gas burner should slot it (already checked)
