We require someone to come in an install some carpet into a garage than we are turning into a home studio. Studio is roughly 5mx3.6m and we have 2 rolls of carpet ready to install (each roll is 5mx1.8m)

Recently pulled up the carpet in a bedroom to access the subfloor. I need to relay the carpet. The room is 3m x 3m with spike strips around the outsides. The carpet is still fixed in position at one end.

Sand and polish 25sqm of flooring Including lounge, dining, hall, butlers pantry. Wanting to keep similar warm brown and pictured in the polished boards in these pictures. But make consistent with the secondhand boards that have been installed. Needing done after first week of November.

Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks
