I'm looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install new skirting boards in my beauty clinic in Williamstown. I will supply all materials (MDF skirting, adhesive, etc.). You will need to supply your own tools, including a drop saw/mitre saw, nail gun and standard carpentry tools.The job includes: Measure and cut 3 sections of 140mm primed MDF skirting board to fit. Install the skirting using adhesive and fixings. Ensure everything is level and neatly finished. Remove and dispose of any offcuts. I will complete the filling, caulking, sanding and painting myself, so I'm only looking for the skirting to be professionally installed. The room is empty and has easy access. Looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, as this is a high-end cosmetic clinic.

A small strip of carpet re-laid between bedroom and newly renovated ensuite. Carpet re-laid in WIR that has just had new cabinetry installed (red lines in images show where cabinetry is now placed - small area about 2m x 1.3m.
