We need someone to scrape/grind off all surface rust from 3 steel carport beams in preparation for me to treat with endrust and repaint, or happy to consider this to also be done for an additional fee by the Tasker.

2.5 years old carpet for the 4 bedrooms which are slightly damaged in some areas. I want to replace or repair or clean them. The bedrooms all together have around 48sqm. I have about 20sqm new carpet similar to the existing. I need someone to come and clean the carpet and replace/repair the parts that are not cleanable. The house is in Wahroonga .

I have hardwood planks on an outdoor table top that have some bows and warps. A manual planer will not suffice in in getting the planks straight. I think they need to be fed through a thicknesser to take off some of the old wood and level the planks out.

I need a professional sander to sand flaky oil based paint from ornate skirting board in our hallway. Including getting into some of the grooves as the skirting board is old/ ornate. Started the job myself but finding it too hard without all equipment.

Removal of carpet and skirting boards from approximately 75 m² in Living Room, entry hall, two bedrooms, and small hallway. Cost will need to include laying down some of the carpet in the garage. The cost also needs to include the removal of remaining carpet and the skirting boards. The carpet is laid on a concrete slab nail and under insulation will also need to be removed. I believe the skirting boards will be glued intact on position.
