A section of the floor has popped up after recent wet weather. I have a pack of spare boards to replace the affected boards. Damaged area is 2720mm X 380mm. The damaged area is the area between the masking tape in the photo. Ideally, would prefer Wednesday or weekend for the job to be done.
Shaun fixed what others said they couldn't. Shaun instantly figured out why our Bamboo floor had raised and once work began his theory was proven correct. Other contractors said something completely different which had we listened to them would have cost us several thousand dollars. Shaun fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. Honest, reliable, and quality workmanship. We would definitely hire Shaun again.

Halfway done removing the carpet from top floor of my house for flooring to be put in. Needs to be completed by Friday morning and not sure I’ll make it myself. Standard carpet removal includes carpet, underpad, “smooth strips” on walls. - the part im having most trouble with and most time consuming are the spiky smooth strips on wall, need to be hammered out to be removed (pictured) that will be main duty of Airtasker while I finish carpeting then take over. PAY IS TO DO THIS FOR 2 HOURS ONLY, not until completion. - bonus points, gratitude, and $$ for anyone who can help figure out how I should dispose of all the rolled up carpet. I have small car can’t take all to dump (if that’s the best way and you have truck/van). Come up with solution for this, extra cash. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 4 May 2023

The area is mostly open but has a large island bench and butlers pantry and stairs to be worked around, requiring wall and kitchen skirting boards and end panels to be removed.
