Floors are covered with residue from the cork tiles, and will require some repair/fill work where needed in dents, gouges and chips. You’ll need to bring your own scarab grinder, and supply relevant repair and sealant materials. We’re on the top floor of a CBD apartment building, with loading dock parking available for the duration of the work.
