The area is on the first floor of my building, and the stairs leading up to that area. There are three separate areas, all adjoining each other. Areas approx are : 4.9 x 2.1 m, 4.1 x 2.2 m , 1.8 x 1 m. there are 20 stairs in total , each approx .9 x .17 m . I have new carpet to lay. You can quote on Steplux 9mm Carpet Underlay or I can source it. Price to take up old carpet & underlay and dispose of it, replace carpet gripper edges for a smooth edge finish. Floor is timber . There is on site parking and easy access. Job can be done anytime in the next few weeks. Looking for someone with experience and good references.

Water was trapped under a chair which left damage on floor boards. Tried to fix with bicarbonate slurry but it made it worse. Floors need sanding and re-varnishing to match surrounding floorboards.
