The project will probably require skirting board removal for 2 walls and in the main bedroom there might be a need to modify the door frame to ensure the wardrobes are flushed. So we are looking for a handyman by trade that will have the tools and experience to deal with that part. Water was trapped under a chair which left damage on floor boards. Tried to fix with bicarbonate slurry but it made it worse. Floors need sanding and re-varnishing to match surrounding floorboards.
