Looking for a quote to inspect squeaky floor in town house. Two storey townhouse with all carpet floor on level 1. 3 bedrooms and 1 living area on level 1 and are some spots that are squeaky.

There is a couple of black spots with water damage arround the house on our engineered floor timber. Maybe you can do your magic by painting the floor or replacing a couple of boards.
