I need a stair rail put in for a 4 step deck for my elderly mom so she can go down steps safely. One of the steps needs some timber replaced as broken slightly.

Scratched floorboard needs polishing. Need done as soon as possible.

NEEDED DONE BEFORE 3PM, I HAVE TILES, JUST NEED SOMEONE TO SHAPE AND PLACE IT. (Bring something to stick it in place as well. Need someone to repair a damaged floor area. Broken tile pieces need to be removed and replaced. Some subfloor timber is exposed and may need minor reinforcement. The section is near a transition between wood and carpet. Please bring necessary tools.

I have square floorboards in my bedroom and it has started to pop up all of a sudden. Underneath the floorboards is also a concrete flooring. The floorboard pop ups are in the middle of the room. The area of pop up is a decent square patch. A repair would be great, but if it needs replacing, preferably the same type of floorboard; if not then I don't mind another type that somewhat matches the current floorboard.
