There are 2 marks on our hardwood floors that were made by a wet mop (that had a cleaning/disinfectant cleaning solution in it, Handy Andy). We are unsure on how to remove and are requesting offers by cleaners with experience with removing this type of stain successfully without any further damage. We are looking to install Quick-Step Readyflor 1 strip Matt Brush Blackbutt Engineered Timber Flooring at our property in Kirrawee (ground floor) and would like to request a quote for installation of this flooring. Scope of request - Rough sand existing particle board and cypress-pine subfloor - Direct stick engineered flooring to yellow-tongue: kitchen / dining, and Bedroom - Direct stick to cypress-pine subfloor: hall, Stair (landing only) - Floating over insulation for a wall sub section of the flooring (side entry and transition from Hal, Kitchen / Dining to living. - Total area: 70.62m2 Below is the floor plan of the job areas to be floored are highlighted in yellow (direct stick) and pink (floating).The blue/green highlighted areas (Living, Rumpus, Study) are stage two, which we cannot complete until we complete stage 2 renovations. The reason we want a hybrid a small of floating floor (pink) is to allow us to be able to continue the run when we do the front (green) section of the house in the future. Essentially, we will remove the floating and discard any damaged boards and continue the direct stick system in stage 2.

I have built in wardrobe being installed on Monday my floor has a gap with stones, so not level Appreciate advice and suggestions on what to do before Monday!. Want to have the storage area laminate floor in any case and want a quote its 4.8 x 2m see floor plan.

I need a professional to cut this carpet/rug around the wall (about one metre) and overlock the cut section. The carpet is already overlocked but we forgot about this section when we measured up. Need this done on site.
