Hi there! I'm looking for someone to restore the back deck of my house in Heathmont, Melbourne (approx. 22m2, including steps and balustrades). The job includes: Sanding the deck back to bare timber (currently weathered/old finish) Smoothing edges, steps, and tight spots Cleaning & preparing the surface for finish Applying deck oil or stain (supplied or agreed upon) Requirements: Own equipment (random orbital sander, vacuum attachment, brushes/rollers) Experience with timber decking restoration Ability to complete efficiently and neatly Reliable, punctual, and professional Timing: Flexible - hoping before Christmas but understand if that’s not possible. There are patches on my floor boarding through out the house where when you walk creaking sounds come. Need those fixed, probably finding the joist and screwing it in. However 4 areas are carpeted so the carpet will have to be removed and put back neatly once the boarding is fixed.

Install around 120 sqm of hybrid flooring to a house. Need to supply the flooring and install it. Most of the house has carpet.

Need assistance replacing a a patch of floor boards in our washroom. Only four boards need to be replaced, with few minor adjustments in other areas. We have spare boards too. It should be an 30-60 mins job for an experience trade. Please see photos for more details. Highlighted section in yellow needs to be replaced.

Carpet has been steam cleaned but there is still big brown water stain. The carpet in this stain feel damp so we reckon its due to the humidity ( in front of bathroom, toilet and laundry). Need the stain to go away.

I have an area of carpet that was chewed by my rabbit.. I don't have any spare carpet or places carpet can be taken from. I'm hoping there might be some way to patch this?
