Sand and stain floorboards

I want to take out the hardwood timber flooring that is laid around the house under the carpets

Need someone to seal some pavers tomorrow - clean first apply sand and then seal. All material will be provided

I plan to lay laminate floorboards in one room. 18 square meters, 12 steps.

Remove old tiles from concrete slab and grind floor to remove glue. Approximately 50m2. Bin provided. Rooms will be clear of any furniture and room sealed off. Must use vacume on ginder for silica dust.

A few areas of floorboards in lounge need to be repaired/polished

Floorboards on first floor of our two newly developed units has hump at junction with the stair, it sinks when stepped on. Can you infill some grout or glue below the floorboards to stabilise it

Install laminate floorboard and underlay for 7x3m space

Carpet Stretching in a room . It has started developing some ripples and need it stretched to remove the ripples

Some damage to a skirting board from a shower leak which has been fixed, and a small part of the plaster board (see pictures) - approximately 1m in length and about 40 com into the plater board

Looking to have carpet stretched to avoid bunching up in some areas. Bunching is small but noticeable appearing in about 4 areas mainly across master bedroom/ensuite and adjacent hallway.

Need to clean the wooden laminate flooring of dirt and dust stuck in the grain , and advise of a long term solution that can help avoid recurrent dirtiness of the floor - Need someone to come in first and have a look and advise what would this entail , and then go ahead and implement the solution
