The vinyl on the floor of my shop needs to be patched up in some areas, a couple of larger areas and then some smaller areas as well (see photos)

I have just purchased a property that requires 70 square meters of sanding and stain/water based polish across 5 rooms. Carpet and tiles would be removed pre-sanding. I do not take possession until 7 November but looking for quotes to understand price and how long this would take as we can perhaps get this done before we move our furniture in. Quotes are to include all costs including equipment, materials and labor.

Approx 45 sqm of floor covering removal from subfloor in prep for floor boards to be laid. Some carpet to be pulled up, it is mostly chipboard, with a few areas of floorboards. Need to have all nails to be removed, and clean ready for floor installers. Flooring needs to removed under skirting. Floor covering needs to be cut around kitchen cabinetry & island bench. Some additional noggins may be required around kitchen bench depending on truss structure underneath. Job starting on 3rd March so needs to happen before this. All waste will remain onsite as have removal plans in place.

Replace iron burnt mark on carpet - around 13cm. You can use the carpet from within the internal wardrobe but need to be replaced with something similar.

Need our cat post re carpeted. Will need to remove old carpet first. Happy for you to take it away to do, or do at our house. Cat post completely comes apart. 4 flat boards, 5 posts and one circle. Prefer a mid grey colour, but if you have off cuts we can discuss.

Measure and Quote for a unit that is about to be sold - Need some carpet samples and somone with a good eye for what colour suits best.

Yo okay so we started carpeting the ceiling of our home studio for sound insulation. Its a bit more difficult that we expected and are looking for sombody with wallpapering experience or some transferable skills. Good quality upholsty fabric is supplied and we have bamboo stays too.

Hey there! We need some carpet laid in this office. The room is 5 x 3 and we have the carpet. The floor is uneven so we know it’s not probably going to be 100%, but we are re doing the space so we can use it as an office. squeaky floor uptstairs, need carpet cut and pulled back - may need to cut yellow tounge flooring to fix squeak or screw down further. Then carpet pulled back. Can organise a carpenter to do the flooring bit if required . Then need carpet layed back down - Due date: Before Friday, 22 December 2023

We need someone to come to advise and Quote re sanding and polishing floor boards in an old house. Some old carpet in place. Some boards might need to be replaced. This job would have to be done in stages as rooms would need to be emptied. - Due date: Flexible
