There is an engineered floorboard floor which needs to be sanded on Monday. The whole area is 50 sq metres. There are no skirting boards installed and no furniture. I need the floor sander to 120 grit finish. Should take a professional about 6 hours There is a thin layer of varnish on the boards. I then need the floor cleaned ready for varnish on Tuesday

Ground floor unit in Balaclava / East St Kilda. Carpet, battens and staples have been removed and further preparation of hammering loose nails is required prior to sanding. The floor boards are a variegated red Jarrah hardwood with some stains ( in photos ), the floor boards in main room only squeak and there is a dip of 4mm. At this stage only floor sanding is required, further work will depend on the outcome of the condition of the floor. The floor measures 39 square meters in total. You may like to provide an estimate or quote on site. The job can be done any day, but initially I can only show you the property for inspection between 7:00-8:45 - or after 7:00pm Monday to Friday or any time Saturday s. I would need an experienced interior floor sander, not a sander who specialises in outdoor decks. Thank you

We’re pulling up vinyl flooring and we found timber underneath that matches the rest of the floor so now we need to sand the whole floor to match the restain. I have no idea how much this would cost.
