Want to sand the current floorboards and restain them. Smooth finish - 75 square metre apartment.

I've have demolished a wall that separated a living room and laundry room, to extend the living room space. Entire home is spotted gum timber flooring. We've replaced the tiles in the laundry area with some raw spotted gum. Need the area sanded and stained to match the existing color as much as possible. About 7sqm.
