Renovating a three bedroom house. Pulled up carpet. All the floors need to be sanded and polished. It's all on one level and all timber floors throughout. Price is negotiable as you would have to come and check it out. I have just put in base price. And would confirm timing with the kitchen and bathroom being installed.
