Please help repair scratched laminate flooring

A small area of my engineered timber flooring has developed gaps, some of which are around 4-5 mm wide. I want my flooring inspected and fixed properly. I am unsure on the best solution here and so I am not sure on a price, I'm looking for this to be negotiated.

Fix timber , with wood filler and painting

Size: ~23 m² • Condition: Weathered timber, squeaky boards, structurally sound • Work needed: • Re-secure boards to stop squeaks • Clean + sand • 2 coats of decking oil

Sand and remove stain from timber floorboards.

1) Remove skirts as required 2) Remove damaged wooden floorboards. 3) remove damaged underlay foam 4) supply and install new underlay foam 5) supply an install new wooden floorboards 6) advise whether is possible to re-use same skirts or supply and install new if necessary. 7) clean up work areas and dispose rest of construction materials in bin of the building

Wanting quotes to either fix or relace floorboards. They need sanding and sealing to make them waterproof. There are two sections that will need boards to be replaced due to pets soiling. 61.04 m2 apartment, area size would be less than half of that. Small lounge area, small dining area, gally kitchen, and a hallway. I'm flexible about dates.

Floor boards have popped up from water damage. Need to trim boards and glue back in place. Or can replace with matching. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, December 30, 2022

We have a small scratch / gouge in solid timber boards. It is into the timber rather than just the polish but we don't want to resand all the floors we just want the scratch filled or blended it so its not seen.
