My dog has damaged a few of our floor boards by scratching and digging into them. We need them sanded and filled to look similar to the soft wood floor. A small area of my engineered timber flooring has developed gaps, some of which are around 4-5 mm wide. I want my flooring inspected and fixed properly. I am unsure on the best solution here and so I am not sure on a price, I'm looking for this to be negotiated.

There are two sections that will need boards to be replaced due to pets soiling. 61.04 m2 apartment, area size would be less than half of that.
