Looking for an experienced flooring repair specialist to repair a small chip/dent in engineered timber flooring in my apartment. The damage is approximately the size of a fingernail (see photos attached) and is located near a mirrored wardrobe. I’m moving out soon and would like the repair completed to a professional standard so it blends in with the existing floor. I had a stain in my timber floor. Someone sanded the stain out now there is inconsistencies in my floor board. I know it won’t be perfect but if anyone could fix this patch in my floor board to match the surrounding timber (or close to it) that would be greatly appreciated

I need to add a small section of polished concrete floor to match existing. We are removing the fireplace and plinth in the photos attached. There is a section of floor underneath the plinth that is missing. The floor is a concrete screed over joists, on the first floor of a warehouse in Richmond. The section required is approx 3300mm x 1100mm x 40mm and is edged with steel strips. The surface is polished and looks like it has a varnished finish. The old fireplace is being removed on Monday 29 September. The work could be commenced on Mon 29 afternoon or Tue 30.

Approx 8 Tassie Oak floorboards in kitchen have been damaged by water. I lifted a couple with a crowbar to dry out and these are damaged. Need them repaired/replaced and polished to look similar to the rest of kitchen floor

Polish has come off baltic pine boards and is exposed, need it repaired, and another small board to be replaced. Don't need all floor done.
