We’ve already got the walls up (existing brick walls) , and we will need 1 structural post installed in one corner and about 2 meters of structural beams to bridge the gap to the brickwork either way, 90 degree to the other brick work/wall. The roof deals below including with all waterproofing,and related structural timber components to finished off the top which i would like to be a Merbau decking style timber overlay ( will be a garden on top) Plans currently being being developed, but open to input. (Ill use to get council permit) Note: i will have all demo work complete prior to commencement. A clear corrugated strip panel on the flat roof of my small shed has collapsed inwards (was accidentally stepped on by someone clearing the leaves ) and needs replacing. Water is getting into the shed. It’s been propped up by an old hockey stick and fence picket, but needs replacing. The rest of the roof is fine.

Include materials, repairs by licensed waterproof trade person, and certificate of compliance on waterproofing. 8. Licensed trade only offers please. No contactors and no handy people.

Hi, I have a flat roof and balcony. There are a couple of leaks that seem to be coming around the edges where the silicone is wearing off. I'm looking for someone to help reapply some silicone around the edges, balustrade, etc. You'll need a ladder to access the roof (ground floor). Please only quote if you are available on 1 September.
