I'm looking for an experienced and reliable tradie or team to move an existing fireplace from one wall to another within the same room. This will involve: Disconnecting and relocating the fireplace. Patching and sealing the hole in the tin roof where the chimney previously exited. Repairing and closing off the ceiling in the original location of the flue/chimney. Ensuring the new wall location is properly prepared and safe for the fireplace. Ensuring all work is up to code and done safely. Cleaning up thoroughly after the job is completed. Install framing for a an electric fire place similar to the picture below. Curved on fireplace wall but shelf across on ground not floating. Would prefer a qualified carpenter.

I'm looking for someone to frame up and plasterboard a frame for a recessed 3 sided electrical fireplace. We will finish it off with stone, but just need the frame constructed and plasterboard applied. The Framing will need to be 1.38m wide and .25m deep x 2.9m tall, with a recess for the Fire place which is 8cm deep x 48cm high x 108cm wide. With a 2.4m oak shelf panel that goes around the base of the fireplace like the pictures.

It's gas fireplace that needs to be installed. It's not in wall one. It will go In front of the wall. Will need to install flute trough the ceiling and do fleshing. Roof is colorbond. Need gas fitting installed on the other side of the wall for a 45kg cylinder. Also additional job available to modify existing Gas connection from 2x 45 cylinders for house to change to flexible cable instead of copper one.

Sealed fireplace chimney is blocked

I would like an electric wall mounted fireplace installed, and a false chimney style surround around it with a wooden clad finish, the wall its on has a power outlet and TV mounted on it - I'd like that redone as well. And some floating shelves on the sides. Something like the attached images. I'm not in a rush, flexible on date. The item is purchased to size. The house is a typical Queenslander cottage - timber framed with vertical joint wall & ceiling cladding (not raised). The client has a space where he wants the item, but understands this will depend on the timber joints in the roof. The hanging fireplace weighs about 12kg.
