We are applying for a permit with the council to get a front fence installed. We have a heritage overlay properly so council approval is required. Our original application was declined and noted that we require: 1. A site plan showing the location of the current boundary fence and the location of any proposed boundary fences, including front fences. 2. A revised 1:50 elevation of the proposed front fence, showing: A) Dimensions, including posts, pickets and spacing between the pickets; and B) The proposed colour and finish. Side gate installl on existing fence. Budget $350. I supply gate , post ,screws, bolts and nuts. you will supply 2 side rails and one post same color to complete the gate install. Door will be installed from the centre to be able to swing properly because heater unit is on the way if its attached to the wall.

First task is to repair the gate shown in the pictures. The gate is 80cm wide and the total distance between the walls it sits between is 190cm.
