Fence details: • Approx. 5.4 metres along street frontage • 2 metres high timber picket fence • 3-rail construction • Includes 200 x 50 timber sleeper at base (thicker sleeper required as plinth) • Posts to be installed behind the sleeper • Fence to be installed in concrete footings Gate: • 1 x single pedestrian gate • Steel frame • Steel latch post • Gate hinged off fence post (left side) Other details: • Letterbox will be supplied by owner, contractor to install (TBC) • Fence line is clear, however any trees/plants to be cleared prior by owner • Existing fence will need to be demolished and removed • There is concrete at the fence line – breaking concrete may be required (please note if this is included/excluded in your quote) What I’m Looking For • Experience with timber picket fences • Ability to supply materials or work with supplied materials (please specify) • Clean, professional finish suitable for a front façade / street appeal

Replace part of a fence that wasn’t done when the rest of it was put up a few years ago.

I need a tradesperson to install a paling fence along the entire side boundary shown in the attached photo. The job involves: - Fixing new pailings across the full 3.3 m side boundary over the existing fence, not just the gap, so the whole section is uniformly clad. - Continuing the paling fence around the corner for 1.4 m to cover and screen the rear shed area. - Include a new plinth board at the base if required to support the new palings and match the existing fence. - Height and style to match the existing fence so the new work blends seamlessly. - Supplying outdoor-grade timber (treated pine or similar) and fixings suitable for external use — no painting or staining required. Access is straightforward via the side path. Please include in your offer: - An estimate of materials and labour for a total length of approximately 4.7 m. - Your availability and estimated completion time.

I need lattice supplied and installed (preferably black) along side fence in backyard and courtyard. Total length is approximately 9m or just under.

$50/hour. Slightly leaning house boundary brick wall. Demolishing brick wall. Tools suppled include eye protection and gloves, crowbar and brick hammer. Stack bricks inside boundary to allow car access. 6 hours labour with breaks for start. You need your own safety boots/shoes. I’ll take of the gate and assist and provide a work platform.

The brick fence that the iron fence is bolted to has moved slightly so that now the gate doesn't close properly and doesn't lock. I've had a look and I think the easiest fix would be to remove the old bolts, place spacers between the iron fence and the brick wall, adjust so that the gate closes properly and can be locked and insert new bolts.

Remove creeper from fence and dispose of it so that the fence can be replaced. Remove clothes line from fence.

Long wooden fence along lane way may need replacement or at least a lot of straightening and reinforcement
