Find a fence installation professional in Windsor VIC

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced tradesperson/contractor to design and install a custom indoor dog fence. Project Details: Type: Indoor dog safety fence / enclosure Height: 1.3 meters Length: 7.6m Fixing Method: Needs to be securely fixed to the floor. The ground has epoxy quartz flooring, and you can drill holes into it. Design: As shown in the attached picture (needs a walk-through gate with a secure latch) Quote Request: Please provide a rate per meter (including materials and labor), or a rough estimate based on these dimensions.

Paling fence (approx 20 metres) long needs a new plinth (not all of it) and a couple of rails to make it secure. It needs a few nails in places too where the fence is a bit bowed. The plinth is rotten in parts and I am worried that the fence will fall down in a big wind. I have been told that I will need a new post as well so I it might be good for someone who is keen to come by and look at what exactly needs to be done. With that in mind, I have upped the budget. Essentially, make the fence secure where necessary.
