Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to help replace all taps in 2 bathrooms with 1/4 turn taps. • Includes: 2 x basin taps, 1 x bathtub tap, 2 x shower taps. • Replace 2 shower heads (both shower sets). • One basin needs the water flex hose under the sink replaced as well. • May require drilling new holes for installation, and patching/sealing the old holes. • Kitchen sink also needs re-sealing with silicone. Please quote including labour and any additional fittings required. I will supply the taps, shower sets, and water flex hose.

Main bedroom ensuite tasks: 1. Sink cold tap currently needs excessive pressure to stop dripping. Task is to repair (and supply any materials such as washers etc) needed to operate easily without drips. 2. Shower cold tap, similar to above, also needs a lot of pressure to stop dripping. Doesn't close properly and missing seals. Door handle is also broken. Task is to repair so door works normally. 4. Shower sealant. Sealant in all corners of shower has brown colour and needs replacing with new. For all tasks please include allowance for any materials and parts. Bring your own tools. Need left clean. Needed asap. ABN preferred if you have it. Confirm timing and availability.

There’s gap in the flooring need to be fixed.Either by filling inside something or best way to hide the gap. Big gaps are mainly in main bedroom.rest small ones are in living and dining area

I want someone to come and fix the door and align the new hardware that I bought, I’ve already installed but they need abit of adjustments and install 3 door stops

Speakers wont turn on. Sometime they turn on and work fine and sometimes they dont. Its phillips NX7 Please let me know how much to fix so i get an idea if i should buy new one or get these fixed There was a video which had same issue and mentioned to change one of the cylider on the board

Gaps in existing Colourbond roof

Cut and install two ikea laminate bench tops. Also cut a hole for a sink in one of the bench tops. Cut a separate piece to size from leftover bench top. Install two pieces of skirting board on the floor approx 1.9metres total.

Leaky taps in kitchen sink, laundry & shower room to be rectified.

Paintings that were stuck on with a 'quick release' sticky tape have ripped off the paint on several walls in an apartment as well as two dents to be fixed, all patched and painted if need be. Needs to be done within the next week or so, will lock in the best time with suitable Tasker. Ideally come in take samples to bunnings match colour, patch and paint in one day. My gas hot water system Dux Prodigy ignition/pilot light keeps turning off and won’t stay lit. I managed to follow instructions and the flame stayed on for 2hrs and now the flame won't light up when following the instructions.
