Shower and the taps are leaking occasionally. I think we need to replace shower & sink water taps / washers. This is required in an apartment building in Docklands. Free car parking can be provided if your vehicle is less than 2.1 meters height. I can help in closing down the water lines to the unit. I am not sure what size, kind of taps are required or just a washer. Previously, owner of the flat used to get it fixed and they just used to replace the taps i guess. My quotation is for labour only. You tell me the product & i can buy the same Or you quote the price for the product and i will pay for the same.

Water pressure is less in Wash Basin Tap (Hot and cold both) And also In shower tap (Hot and Cold both) Need to replace with new taps . Need 2 seperate Quotes for replacement with New taps 1 . Quote to just fix new taps and i will buy the taps. 2. Quote if you provide the taps and fix it

1) connect an outdoor tap: 3/4 inch copper pipe (Currently sealed off, but does leak) to a 20mm smartex pipe (Photots 1 & 2); 2) another similar coupling from Copper 20mm smartex pipe; 3) add taps to hot & cold water taps to hot water system setup (outdoors); (Photo 6) 4) Run piping for hot & cold water to veranda area, seal off ends for taps to be added - lets discuss options; and 5) replace/repair gutter downpipe bottom sections that feed into underground drainage system. Tried to install these taps myself (home job). Didn’t have the right tools. Believe T-bar is too long/wide, so may need to be cut. The taps are not sitting right and need a plumber to fix them. Please help. Thank you

I’m looking for someone with experience in minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups to help get my rental ready for end-of-lease inspection. The job includes: Patching small holes (from picture hooks, nails, etc.) Smoothing out scuff marks and minor dents Paint touch-ups to match the existing wall colour. Front porch and balcony require repair to several chips and cracks in the marble work. See photos for details. Crack need filling and several chips have been partially repaired but not finished and contoured. Need an experience stonemason who is reliable and has worked with marble before.

Requiring a qualified carpenter. Door won’t close properly, it catches on the bottom. Also, handle area does not line up so need a new bit cut out on door frame. Also, need weather strip attached to 2x doors. See photos.

Shower head is dripping water, I suspect it might to due to faulty shower mixers which may require replacement. I would need someone to inspect, find the problem and repair/ replace necessary parts
