The issue appears to only affect the lighting inside a small room; all outlets inside that room have been tested and are functioning normally. I need a plumber to install a water line in from my kitchen taps to my fridge so I can have water

I need to cut two bench tops width ways, they are timber. I also need a hole for my sink and a hold for my cook top.

For context my upstairs toilet was semi clogged. We plunged it but it wasn’t flushing right (water seems to rise higher than usual than it would disappear slowly) Called someone out and this is their quote. He also said beside the quote a new toilet might be needed. Because the toilet might be the issue. Was wondering if we could get a second opinion and quote. Please refer to image for the quote.

My bathroom tap has been leaking for a while. Tried to change them myself but the taps underneath are so frayed I couldn’t get the spanner to undo it so some other tool is needed. Will buy the taps just need someone to do the job. Toilet is also running water and mini stop isn’t working to close off the water. Will be buying a new cistern so need that replaced as well as the mini stop.

Two x taps need fixing due to leaks. First is the kitchen tap, which is leaking from the wall it’s mounted to (perhaps needs a new washer or O ring?). Second is the bathroom tap, which just needs to be replaced (new tap is purchased and ready to go).
