My Bose QC35 headphones are almost 10 years old. The on/off switch is stuck, and only works sometimes now with fidgeting. Bose told me they can't repair it but said that a local technician might be able to help. They have a significant sentimental value which is why I'm trying to fix them rather than replace.
Rob was so helpful! He repaired my Bose QC35 headphones that had a broken switch. I was so grateful after Bose told me they couldn’t fix it. Rob was super easy to communicate with and went to extra effort to get them fixed in a short turnaround time for me. Would happily recommend him! :)
