Removal of four dome light fittings attached to the roof (please see photos). Keen for advice on whether easier to replace with ordinary fitting (see other attached) or downlighting. Also require removal of 2 rectangular batten lights and same scenario as the others with respect to downlighting or otherwise (no photos of these unfortunately). $5 is not my offer, requesting that you please provide your best quote. Looking for a licensed electrician to do a few tasks at our house please. 1. Replace existing pendant light with fixed ceiling light. We will supply: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/nymane-ceiling-spotlight-with-3-spots-anthracite-70415082/ 2. Remove existing 2-gang architrave light switch and replace with new 2-gang smart switch, relocating it to the plasterboard wall alongside. We will supply: https://www.ozsmartthings.com.au/products/zigbee-double-light-switch-all-white 3. Replace existing 1-gang wall light switch with smart switch. We will supply: https://www.ozsmartthings.com.au/products/zigbee-single-light-switch-all-white 4. Remove two outdoor motion sensors from their lighting circuits and replace with wall plates or similar. You’ll need a ladder to reach one of the sensors. 5. Replace existing double power point with extra switch (one of the outlets seems to be broken and doesn’t accept anything being plugged in).
