Run 3.5 audio cable in conduit from projector to speaker 11. Install 2 pendant lights

No power going to the air conditioner - cannot turn it on. Turned off main power and aircon will not turn on since then

Install power point in an outdoor balcony

Seeking an experienced electrician or electronics engineer to replace a hardwired IEC power cable in an benchtop lab appliance to use an Australian IEC cable. The appliance is a laboratory heating bath. It has a hardwired IEC cable with a UK fused 2A plug. As the appliance will be used regularly in Australia, I would like the appliance to instead use an Australian grounded IEC cable. Because the cable is hardwired, the appliance will need to be taken apart and the new cable rewried according to AS/NZS electrical safety standards. The appliance is out of warranty but is in good working condition. The appliance is rated for 240-250 VAC, 50/60 Hz and was manufactured by Nickel Electro Ltd (Clifton brand).

Bathroom fan stopped working. The switch seems to be faulty as the key looks out of order

Downlight flickered out, replacement does not work when plugged in. The downlight model is Domus Aqua 10 - variant 21222. Issue must be to do with the power socket/mains, because the downlight + driver works elsewhere.

A few lights in the flat (bathroom) don't work even with new bulbs. General check and report on electricals in house. Lights in the living room sometimes don't switch on. Also the oven doesn't turn on. Assess and repair job for a flat in Wentworth Point.

The NBN outdoor team installed the utility box at the front corner of the house. The indoor team only do back to back installation. Depending on the cost, I would like the NTD to be installed at a central location upstairs where the existing FTTC NBN modem is installed (wiring won't be a problem). Or a central location near the Kitchen. The fibre will need to go from the utility box into the wall cavity (need drilling), which is a perpendicular wall. I'm happy to have a wall access panel installed near the entry point (as close to the floor as possible) to make it easier. The fibre should go up to the attic and come back down to a cabinet where the current nbn modem is installed. The 2nd option is to go 10 meter straight inside the cavity to the kitchen so I can have the NTD installed at a less visible location where we use WIFI the most. - Due date: Flexible

Have an aircon unit in apartment, balcony compressor and indoor outlets not working. Tenant sets the touchpad and after a while error u201 is showing. Also indicating filter needs to be cleaned. Hoping to get someone out to assist as soon as possible - Due date: Before Tuesday, July 25, 2023
