I need some minor electrical tasks doing: * Replace broken light fitting in walk in robe and fit new tracklight (image 1) * Replace/Repair one kitchen LED downlight - (out of the three lights in the strip, one continually stops working - image 2) * Replace/repair 1 outdoor verandah LED downlights (image 3) * Replace/repair bathroom downlight (image 4)

Our pull cord light is stuck on as pulling the cord no longer turns it on and off. The cord enters the ceiling which is about 3m high, so a ladder will be required. We are seeking someone to fix the pull cord so that the light can be turned off.
