We have tried to isolate the issue of the RCD constantly switching to off but struggling to find the issue.

I bought new LED’s for my hallway lights and whilst the first one turns on the rest are failing and I just get a flick of light .. prob something to do with transformers but out of my depth now and need professional help! My quote is ex the cost of any transformers etc but you would need to provide these .. thanks

Licensed electrician to wire a new power supply to the circuit board located in the laundry. A new 20 amp circuit breaker is required in the existing vacant slot. Supply and install an isolator (not a switch) on the external wall as illustrated in the attached photographs.

Two of my drawers have fallen off their tracks and the other won't close but I am unable to remove it from tracks to see if anything has fallen behind it - so three drawers need repair. From machine diagnostics, water heater is showing fault code 11 - gas, starter, or flame sensor. Heater will fire on when hot tap is opened, flame stays for 2-3 seconds then dies, restarts again, then dies. Suggests issue is with flame sensor. I need a heating/plumbing expert to confirm fault and clean/replace sensor.

Replace a cable to an outdoor water heater. Runs from an outdoor socket into the boiler, cable was accidentally cut while gardening. Cable length is approx 2m

Our pull cord light is stuck on as pulling the cord no longer turns it on and off. The cord enters the ceiling which is about 3m high, so a ladder will be required. We are seeking someone to fix the pull cord so that the light can be turned off.

Look at model of unit, it is discontinued. Confirm a new model. Install new one. I have 2 bathrooms.

About ten lights are built into wood decking and connected to external power supply however they have stopped working and not sure why. They can pop out if needed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 December 2023
