Bathroom light is lose and plaster is breaking. Need it fixed please

Hi. Am looking for an electrician to fix or replace a bathroom exhaust fan. Repair of damaged plaster around fan which may hinder installation.

I need an power outlet installed outside There is a down light that can be jumped off it will only be used for general household tools or appliances. I'd prefer the PowerPoint to be higher up out of reach of kids. I could go to running and get everything you need for it before hand.

1. Install a new double power point behind fireplace. Location: Ground floor of a double-storey house There are existing power points on both sides of the target wall (easy access). Already have power point purchased to use. Wall is plaster, not brick. 2. Install an outdoor sensor light I have the light just need it installed. Wiring already in place (just needs mounting + connection). Located near back door, reachable with a standard ladder which I have. 🛠️ Bonus Task (Optional): Trim skirting board. I’m installing a freestanding electric fireplace and want it flush against the wall. Skirting board is blocking it from sitting flat. If you're handy and can cut/trim a section of the skirting, happy to pay extra for that too. Install details below: 3 x pendants - small above kitchen top already have connections just need to replace new lights 2 x outdoor - existing connections just need to replace. 2 x Garage lights inside - existing connections. 2x outdoor lights back pillar - new connection required. 1 x garage motion sensor light outside - new connection required.
