Hello, my oven is tripping our mains supply. From diagnosing it, it appears there’s an issue with the light inside the oven which causes the trip. I have already removed the bulb and it is still tripping. Based in Reservoir.

We need an electrician to uninstall the existing gas top and install a new induction cooktop. The sizing is the same or very similar. The gas is disconnected from the property but we need to cut the gas cable under the cooktop and cap. This new cooktop needs hard wiring and connecting an electrical cable from our main electricity box through our ceiling, and a new power switch. It would be great if someone could do it before 10th Aug, but we can be flexible. We are working Monday to Thursday, so Friday or the weekend is an ideal installation day. Thank you!

Beacon Lighting Bree floor lamp requires rewiring. The pull switch is fully broken, Beacon lighting said it’s not possible to replace or repair, and I’d prefer a foot switch if possible.

I want to install a dishwasher into the pictured cabinet space. I need an electrical outlet installed as the first step of this process. The wall has another outlet installed above the countertop (pictured) and on the other side of the wall is the breaker box. Bonus if you also have plumbing skills and can do the plumbing side of the job too! Involves installing splitter for water pipe + drainage + shifting the existing sink plumbing to create more space (see diagram for rough dimensions of dishwasher in the space, needs to be adjusted to allow a couple cm above and to the right)
