Remove existing skylight and install new FAKRO FX 304 fixed skylight (24/38 size) with matching FAKRO EH-A 304 flashing kit (for profiled roofing). Rough opening is approximately 568mm x 957mm, so should be a straight replacement. The house is single storey abd skylight is located in bathroom Job includes removal and disposal of old skylight, installation of new unit and flashing as per manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper waterproofing and sealing. Roof is profiled concrete tiles, so experience with FAKRO or similar skylight systems is preferred. Must ensure unit is installed level, flashing correctly integrated with roofing, and left fully watertight. Make good any disturbed roofing/ceiling areas if required. Please only apply if you have prior skylight installation experience.

Electrician Check: I am looking for a qualified electrician to inspect a light fixture for wiring damage following the repair of a roof leak. Recent wet weather has promted a leak through a kitchen light fitting. A roofer will inspect and repair the leak around midday on 03/03. The kitchen has a high ceiling approx. 3m. I am looking for a roofter to identify and repair a leak in a single storey home. An internal light fitting in the kicthen began leaking last night following rain during the day, with some water pooling. The metal roof is both sloping and flat.
