The job would include: *doing cuts of final two boards and putting then on the side of the deck next to fence (see first picture) *building a step up to walk onto the deck, which will be three boards in depth (see second picture) *sanding the whole deck around where the screws are (roughly 900 screws, see third picture) I will have all materials (etc., spotted gum boards and treated pine for joists etc for step, all screws etc)and would be roughly half a days work in which you would just need to bring your own tools. This job is urgent and needs to be done by Wednesday May 13th. As the materials arrive on Monday, the job needs to be done on either Tuesday May 12th or Wednesday May 13th. Need a handyman with plumbing experience to help install two washing machines in the laundry. One washing machine weight is aprox 77kg and will need somebody strong to move it and to lift it up 4 stairs and install it inside the laundry. I have purchased some extra plumbing items and fittings as the two washing machines will be hooked in one cold/hot tap, one washing machine is further from tap so will have to be joined to reach the taps. If you have a 3 wheel trolley that's good otherwise I will hire one. The two washing machines will need to be hooked up to taps so I can wash clothes.
