I need the bathroom taps looked into pls . The sink tap the cold water is a very slow flow almost non existent, so have to use boiling hot all the time. The shower is not mixing equally and creates a noise when the pressure isn’t right. I’m told they are not too difficult to fix ,l. Need it done before our guests arrive. Hi there. I need my front porch deck with approx 5 steps cleaned and re-stained. Preferably remove current stain (as I don’t like the colour). It is Merbau wood. I also need my 2 side gates stained, and the mailbox stained as well. The side gates are merbau wood. Not sure what the mailbox is, possibly just regular timber. I have attached some photos of what it first looked like 5 years ago. Would like it to be the same like that again.
