1998 corolla ae101 sedan, 4afe engine. Looking for modest power gains (110kw is my end goal). From my research this should be achievable with no ecu or internals upgrades). I would love for someone more experienced with performance mods to guide me and help with installation. For obvious reasons it's hard to get shops to help with this but just to be clear - I understand the risks associated to the engine and to attracting unwanted attention and stress that none of that is your problem. If I throw a rod or get red slipped it's on me lol.

I have 4 rooms - 4 bedrooms & one open area upstairs plus the staircase. I need the old carpet removed and new underlay & carpet put down, it's aboiut 90sq mtrs all up. I haven't bought the carpet yet ....

Please see below for the specific tasks: 2 showers including the shower heads 3 bathroom taps and spouts 2 bath tub taps and spouts 1 laundry room sink taps and spout 1 washing machine taps 1 kitchen faucet There is one leak under a bathroom sink that needs to be addressed as well.
