Hi, We are currently looking for a licensed electrician to install smoke alarms in 17 to 18 rooms at our motel. Note: We do have alarms already.

Front passenger exterior door light (LED) not working, all other three exterior door lights fine. Suspect not connected as it does appear door was replaced at some point prior to my purchasing car

I need someone to install 12 - 14 down lights on the eaves of the house and install 2-4 floodlights. I will provide all the lights but anything else need to be provided.

Replace a pantry light fitting to a surface mount batten light, replace a cracked switch in an en-suite (combo light/heat exhaust fan), repair power point on an island bench where a electrical plug prong snapped inside the socket. I will supply the switch and the light fitting. The suburb is Manly West 4179.

The smoke alarm in a room in my investment property is making a beeping noise roughly every 30 seconds and flashing red light. I need it to be replaced and the remainder of the smoke alarms to be checked for compliance.

In our restaurant we now just had a little sparkle on the top of a hanging light, we turned it off just in case. We need that fixed but also as we have an event happening this Saturday I need check throughout our system to make sure it’s all fine.

Need 3 power points 1 light switch and a fan put in. All you will need is a screwdriver

Remove 2 hard wired base plates and wire in two new hard wired alarms. Have alarms ready to go and already interconnected with other alarms. Just remove 2 and wire in two probably 15 - 20 min job

1. Move 2 power points a bit to the left within the same walls (all normal plaster walls, can just put a blank wall cover plate on hole) 2. Reallocate 2 power points that are currently in the ceiling (from a wall that was removed) to the adjacent wall (also plaster wall) 3. Replace 2 ceiling fans for new ones Power points and fans are all working.

Need an electrician to come around to give me some advice on what I should get done for shed wiring.

3 switches that control the the fan , heat and light. The middle switch for the fan is stuck and requires replacement. 10min job for licensed electrician.
