Generator details: * Brand: Pramac * Model: P12000-3 * 11.9kVA, 3 Phase Petrol Generator Current issues: * Generator is not starting. * Appears to be leaking either oil or petrol (unsure which). * Requires fault diagnosis, possible repair and a general service. We would like someone experienced with petrol generators to inspect the unit, identify and repair the issues, and complete a full service to get it running reliably again. These are the tasks 1. A ceiling fan is moving extreme slowly, even on the fastest speed. The fan controller was changed recently to rule out the capacitor issue in the controller. This fan needs to be checked to make sure it is spent and I have bought a new fan that needs to be installed. 2. Similar fan in another room is working fine, but it’s directly below my bedroom and it makes a lot of noise. The plan is to move that fan in place of the one that is not working and install a new one, which is hopefully quieter in its place. 3. The floodlight in my backyard is not strong enough and needs to be changed with a strong floodlight, which I have bought. 4. The outdoor siren unit in my Motion sensor system which is wired is making constant clicking noises. I just need to understand if it is just a battery issue or something else is wrong. Ideally, I would love to pay the hourly rate for this job, but happy to discuss the options
