I have had a new roof exhaust fan replaced in the bathroom. There seems to be an issue with that particular wire and isn’t working. The fan is new and has been tested at a different point & is fine. The electrical wire at that point only will need to be replaced. It’s located in the bathroom right next to the man hole so very easy access.

Two LED downlights are flickering (one in the kitchen and one in the living area). I need someone to isolate lighting circuit. Remove existing light fitting. Test the light circuit for suitability. Install replacement Downlights. Pls see the attached photo. Pls quote for both material and labour.

ongoing tripping problem in my shop kitchen when we plug in the two door upright fridge, the whole kitchen trips off. Tried to move the connection to another power point but still trips off. looks like the whole kitchen load is running from one load and its too much. Electrical Power Points I have just installed a cutting station in the centre of my salon, I would love to hook it up to some power ( see pics ) for blow dryers, hot tools . The table is sturdy not bolted to the floor. I am more than happy to have power coming from the roof rather than up under floor.
