I’m looking for a qualified and licensed electrician to supply and install 3 new light fittings, including globes, at my property. There are: * 1 light fitting in the garage * 2 light fittings in the carport/driveway * The existing fittings are the older fluorescent-style fittings shown in the photos. * Two of the existing lights are no longer working. * I would like all three fittings replaced with suitable new LED light fittings, including the appropriate globes. Location: Garage and carport/driveway areas – photos provided showing the exact locations and existing fittings. I’m looking for an electrician to complete a few small repair jobs at my apartment. Jobs include: 1. Repair a wall power point - 1 socket works, but the other doesn’t. 2. Repair a light switch - the light works normally, but the switch is stiff/fiddly and doesn’t click smoothly. 3. Repair a laundry ceiling exhaust fan - The light works, but the exhaust fan doesn’t (same switch). 4.
