Hi, I'm looking for someone to install a replacement split system airconditioner unit. This is INSTALL only, I have bought the new unit - it is a 5kw Fujitzu The old system needs to be taken out, and the new one installed. It's a two story building, the aircon unit is on the ground floor, and the fan system is on the roof (flat, tin). You will need a double story ladder to get to the roof. See attached images

Replace 9 light swtiches. New clipsal ones replace two outdoor lights with new ones. Labour only, I have the switches and lights

Looking for licensed electrician to remove existing wall sconce (black light in photo) and replace with new wall sconce (photo of back attached). New sconce is relatively heavy and a delicate piece that will need to be fixed into plasterboard wall. Wiring already in place from old sconce.

Need to work out how to take apart light fitting and reattach wiring so the light works again.

I am looking for a qualified electrician to complete the following tasks in my home: (see photos attached) Remove and Replace Light Fittings: Remove two old light fittings in the kitchen. Install two new light fittings (I will provide the lights). Install New Light Switches: Install one new light switch in the kitchen. Install one new light switch in the laundry. Separate Control for Laundry Light and Exhaust Fan: Currently, the laundry light and exhaust fan operate together. I want to modify this setup to allow for separate control of the light and fan.
