Need a new ring camera installed at front of house, need to be hard wired back to existing gpo

The fuse box is approx. 30cm wide, but then has electrical coverings that run out from it. Looks terrible, and am finally getting around to covering it with a simple box-style feature than I can paint.

I have an investment property in Newport that requires some electrical work. It was built in 1935 however has a small extension possibly in the 70's 1. In the extension there is a switch to a light fitting that did not work. the batten was removed and wires isolated. there is a single red and then a cable with a black and red, Earth wire may be in the ceiling cavity. Just need a batten wired and can assist in retrieving the earth as the ceiling is plasterover tinber. 2. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The light has been removed but would like to install a fan and light (on the same switch) but also require external venting. It is tiled roof so easiest is straight up as the bathroom does not have an external wall due to the extension. Photos can be provided. Electrician to provide fan and light, I have battens.

Replace 1 x fitting in hallway with 300mm oyster light. Repace 1 x fitting in bathroom with 350mm black oyster. Replce 2 x pendants with 2 x pin downlights in bedroom. Replace 5 x existing downlights with Comfort LED low glare fittings. Replace 1 x fitting with 1 x flush mounted 3 Light drum pendant.

Ventilation required for a bathroom (first floor), a laundry with a shower in it (grounld floor), and the kitchen. There is a flu in the kitchen over the stove, but it is blocked. Older style timber house.

I need my electronic door bell fixed. The connection part from the wire has broken, and needs a new connection put on it (see attached photos)

Require the replacement of 2x fluted toggle indoor light switches as the current rocker switches are broken. I already have the brand-new parts (do not include these in quote), so just need the electrical labour to detach the old and rewire the new. Thanks!

To whom it may concern, We'd like some help for the following tasks: 1. Re-Install Smoke Detector: See images. The device was screwed into the plaster. The plaster broke were the device was screwed. 2. Install LED ceiling light: Image attached. 3. Replace LED Transformer and re-install LED light: The LED light wasn't working. Seeking licenced electrician to quote inspection and repair for my rangehood. My old Ariston rangehood (model HO 91X) has a fan that is intermitted starting and stopping by itself. I suspect its an issue with the PCB or the fan switches, but I'm not an electrician. I've disconnected the PCB in mean time to stop the fan.
