LG Art Cool aircon unit turns on and after about 2 mins turns off on its own

I have an investment property in Newport that requires some electrical work. It was built in 1935 however has a small extension possibly in the 70's 1. In the extension there is a switch to a light fitting that did not work. the batten was removed and wires isolated. there is a single red and then a cable with a black and red, Earth wire may be in the ceiling cavity. Just need a batten wired and can assist in retrieving the earth as the ceiling is plasterover tinber. 2. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The light has been removed but would like to install a fan and light (on the same switch) but also require external venting. It is tiled roof so easiest is straight up as the bathroom does not have an external wall due to the extension. Photos can be provided. Electrician to provide fan and light, I have battens.

Please service my air con, clean, change filter etc: been some really hot days and it is now dripping with some water when I turn it on. Thanks

Electrician needed to replace exsiting lighting. No new connection required.All materials will be given,just need to bring your tools. Replace 1 x fitting in entry with 400mm LED oyster light. Replace 1 x fitting in hallway with 300mm oyster light. Repace 1 x fitting in bathroom with 350mm black oyster. Replce 2 x pendants with 2 x pin downlights in bedroom. Replace 5 x existing downlights with Comfort LED low glare fittings. Replace 1 x fitting with 1 x flush mounted 3 Light drum pendant.

Ventilation required for a bathroom (first floor), a laundry with a shower in it (grounld floor), and the kitchen. There is a flu in the kitchen over the stove, but it is blocked. Older style timber house.

I believe I need to install a data point in the living room as I want to move my current modem from the bedroom to the living room. The Wi-Fi is weak in the living room, and I would just like to install a port in the living room so it's in the center of the house. Might also install an extra power point so would like a quote for that too. Thanks
