The developer of the house said that, if I remember correctly, installation of gas continuous flow water heater can be done in the property. But need a qualified person to do an assessment first. The gas pipe coming out of the house certainly is bigger than the one going into the current gas water heater.

I want to light fixture in room

Hi, I was looking at getting some electrical work done for my new kitchen. I have the following to complete: - Connect power points to stone splashback that are currently hanging from the wall - Connecting the oven and cooktop. There has already been 2x6mm wiring installed prior to the new kitchen installation that has holes already cut out for it and the wire threaded through. It now just required a requires a 32a powerpoint to connect the cooktop and oven. I'm not sure how far the wiring goes to the switchboard. You'll need to find the wiring and connect it. - Connecting the dishwasher to the powerpoint. There is an existing powerpoint there it might just need to be moved over 10cm. - Installing two seperate powerpoints. Wiring has already been completed for 1 powerpoint. PowerPoints and isolstor switches will need to be supplied.
