The unit is approx. 4 years old, likely a DHF 13 AU or similar model. 🔧 Issues: In winter, hot water doesn’t activate unless multiple taps are open In warmer months, hot water fluctuates mid-use The unit uses a two-step selector dial (clicks to either one or two white dots), corresponding to preset temperature levels: One dot = Eco (~40–45°C) Two dots = Full (~50–55°C) The problem occurs even when set to full heat, so I suspect a flow sensor or pressure issue. ✅ What I’d like done: Test and clean the flow sensor Inspect water pressure and flow rate Clean any internal filters or screens Confirm that the heater is activating correctly on both dial settings I’ve attached a photo of the unit for reference. Relocate powerpoint a few cm's higher than current position, so that it is above the stone splashback and in line with light switch. I might even buy a new casing/plugpoint for you to use, so you can happily damage the existing plugpoint when removing it. Need to seal any portion where the old casing was that leaves electrical exposed, to keep it waterproof as it is outdoors

I have a 175cm X 90cm Red Light Therapy mat and there appears to be a loose connection as some of the lights are not working. Might need resoldering. The outer mat zips off so the inside mat/panel can be easily inspected. Wondering if anyone can fix or tell me where to take to get repaired please.
