Quick washing machine connection – need someone now I’ve just moved into a new apartment and need help connecting my washing machine to a cold-water-only supply. The machine currently has hot and cold inlet hoses. I just need someone strong enough/with the right tool to undo the hot inlet hose from the back of the machine, remove it and fit the blank cap/sealing washer as shown in the attached instructions. It’s a super basic job — I’m just not strong enough to loosen the fitting myself! Should take around 10 minutes. Please only respond if you’re local and available to come now.

Hi, I need an experienced tasker to install/wall-mount two clothes dryers directly above two front-loader washing machines in my laundry area. Details of the job: Left Dryer: Currently on the floor/leaning wall-side. Needs to be wall-mounted above the left space/washing machine area. Middle Dryer: Currently mounted, but needs to be adjusted/re-mounted lower or aligned properly above the middle washing machine (Haier). Right Dryer: Do not touch (will stay as is). Requirements: Please bring your own tools (stud finder, drill, heavy-duty wall anchors, level, bracket/mounting hardware if needed). Experienced with appliance wall-mounting (dryers are heavy, needs secure mounting into wall studs or proper masonry masonry anchor). Assistance with lifting the dryers into place. Please check the attached photo for layout details before bidding. Let me know if you have your own brackets or if I need to supply standard wall-mounting brackets/kits.

Seal on washing machine has broken

We moved to a new townhouse and need to install the washing machine to the side room Currently there is a sink right next to it and we need to connect both the water and the disposal pipe into the sink We can probably keep it simple and just hook up the water to the hot water, I assume? Open to guidance need washing machine going by end of week

Siemens iQ800 washing machine front loader won’t turn on. Power to the plug is fine. Troubleshooting online didn’t work. Took the top off and the board looks ok. It’s beyond my ability to fix.

Washer shows TAP/no fill. Tap supply is strong, filters cleaned, hose OK. Machine inlet valve buzzes but no water enters drum. Likely inlet solenoid valve failure—needs service.

LG washing machine that shakes

I’m not 100% sure what’s wrong but I think the cold water inlet valve is faulty and needs to be replaced. When set on a cold wash cycle the machine takes a long time to fill out. At the rinse cycle (which only uses cold water) it’s the same thing. Tried to clean out the inlet filter but did not help. Would need someone to get the parts and change the cold water inlet valve for me :-)

Purchased new gasket. Struggling to install. Need someone who can install, then screw back together

I need one or two people, using either their strength or relevant equipment, to lift and move a heavy dryer off of my washing machine, then swap over the washing machine inlet hose (which is currently attached to the wrong tap), and then lift the dryer back in place on top of the washing machine again. The laundry cupboard is tight, which makes accessing and lifting the dryer out/in a challenge.
