Looking for an electrician to wire up an Arlec 3-in-1 fan and install 3-gang switch on tile. Access is easy, there is already a light cable for the original light and fan. Would like to still turn on original light with 3-in-1 fan, but the original fan has already been removed. Its a small bathroom, but the shower screen hasn’t been installed yet so access is very open and easy. Please let me know if questions. This is a renovation so there will be ongoing electrical work so looking to build a relationship.

The indoor unit stopped turning on completely (no lights, no response to remote) after previous electrical work was done at the property a few months ago. At that time an electrician connected a new hot water system and mentioned the meter/switchboard load would need an upgrade. After that job, the bedroom heater/aircon unit no longer works. What I need from you: • Inspect the switchboard/meter and confirm whether the bedroom split system circuit was disconnected, repurposed, or isolated. • Check the outdoor A/C isolator and confirm if the unit is actually getting power. • Restore power to the split system safely if it’s just a simple reconnection. • If it’s more than a quick reconnection (e.g. needs a new dedicated circuit run from the board), give me a written quote for that work and, if required, a quote for any board/meter upgrade. Important notes: • Property has existing solar, electric hot water, and existing split system in the master bedroom). • The A/C unit itself was working before this electrical work. Our night sensor lights are not working, holders seems to be faulty as some are working and some are not, also need to fix none working sign light and get the cable underground as the cable coming from the roof keeps on breaking, light holder arm too long and needs shortened.
