Want light switches replace. Got 3 single light switches & 1 double gang switch

Not able to find a faulty plug or appliance on one side of the house . Most switches are ok , one of them is playing around.

Supply and installed one 20amp circuit breaker Test and confirm it's working correctly. This happened with another one not too long ago. There's no short on the circuit so pretty sure it's the same issue repeating with another breaker. The last time the job took like 10 minutes total and I expect the same so please price accordingly.

Install one double power point. Internal wall that backs onto the garage. Single storey, brick veneer home. Also check an existing TV point to ensure it is connected correctly to the antenna on the roof.
