I need a split system installed into a 22sqm studio in backyard. I have power supplied already. Will need it roughed in prior to plaster and then fit off when complete. Was looking at installing a 3.5kw unit

The HFC NBN termination is in the bedroom, would like to move this port into a central spot of the house through the roof or under the house. Its basically antena cable, but it needs to be feed through the walls. In the bedroom, that spot would need to be covered by a fake plate and the current HFC plate would be moved in that central location. At the same time, i need a POE doorbell installed at the entry and a network cable pulled from that doorbell into the same location the HFC port wil be installed (centrally where the router and a POE switch will be hosted)

One side of the bedroom the power points have stopped working. Checked circuit board and none of the circuits are down. Not sure what else to do

There are 10 downlights in one of our dance studios that are buzzing and missing covers. They have a dimmer switch which makes the buzzing worse so likely needs to be replaced. I'd like these down lights to be replaced with LIFX Colour Down lights (that change colour). There is also one downlight in a bathroom that is flickering and needs to be replaced with a normal globe. Ideally not too white/fluorescent, but more warm toned. There are a few ceiling tiles with some stains/water damage and one that is hanging down a bit in one of the studio spaces that need replacing. Following the above tasks, dependant on cost, we may need some reconfiguring of other ceiling lights to make them more symmetrical and some re-wiring to have switches correspond to the different spaces better.

Install 25A amp feed from switchboard to pool (only metres) incl cables isolation switch RCD etc). 2 visits - 1 to cable then 2 to connect to spa upon delivery. Spa to be only 5 metres away from switchboard (but outside). Electricity outlet already in position.

need a licensed electrician to help fix a light switch in my room. The problem is that the light stays on all the time and the switch won’t turn it off. Looking for someone who can come as soon as possible. Please bring your own tools.

Water heater pilot light goes off frequently.

Removal of outdoor electrical unit connected to side fence. This fence will be removed after.
