My instant water heater, a Bosch Hydropower has been leaking. It's an old model, and costly to repair, so I'm thinking of replacing the entire unit. The leak comes from the water valve (See identical issue here: houzz.com.au/discussions/6421413). The replacement part costs around $300. I believe the threaded part, behind the two pins of the valve has a missing o ring leading to the leak. I've tried tightening the nut as much as possible, but it doesn't fix the leak. I require a licensed electrician (with current NSW registration if applicable) to carry out the following work: Connect four ceiling fans (each with integrated lighting) to the existing lighting circuits/final subcircuits. The fans are already assembled and securely mounted to the ceiling joists using appropriate fan-rated brackets/supports. The previous light fittings have been removed, leaving the existing ceiling roses or junction boxes ready for connection. Each fan includes a light kit, and the supplied remote control receiver/handset allows independent operation of the fan motor and the lights (i.e. separate switching/control via remote). Supply and install two double GPOs (general purpose outlets / power points) in the attic/roof space. This will involve running appropriate TPS cable from the nearest existing circuit or distribution point in the roof space (or as determined on site), installing two flush-mounted or surface-mounted double socket outlets in suitable locations, complete with architrave brackets or wall boxes, attaching to a single timber frame/joist as required, and making safe connections back to the existing cabling.
