One bathroom in the house has old sets of shower and handbasin taps. All of these are to be replaced . Replacement taps to be provided by the cobtractor. There is a garden tap to be replaced, the replacement tap is provided. It's on a copper riser. Another garden tap is difficult to turn off. Needs washer replacement and possibly re-seating.

There is a wasp nest outside of our bathroom window on the second floor; it can't be too large as we have just removed one in the same place not too many days ago.
