We have gone into the roof (the ladder is still set up and ready for you) and confirmed that the cable looks to still be connected to the receiver (little box on the ceiling) and the outside unit. When we press the 'On' button on the remote, we notice that the receiver (little box on the ceiling) does not have the light on - we remember this light always being on before and now it's not. It doesn’t look like any electricity is going to the receiver. There are 3 cold and 3 hot water tap needs to be replaced. Some of them are leaking. They needs to be fixed before installation. I would like to replace them with type of tap. The original tap is normal but it may not fit the new one.
