Installing some downpipes

I’m looking to get a quote for guttering and downpipe work at my home in North Fremantle. The gutters and downpipes haven’t had much maintenance for over 12 years, and some areas are visibly rusted/damaged. The house itself is approx. 79m² with guttering on the front and back only. The guttering at the back of the property is harder to access as is higher - maybe 4-5metres up. There is also a carport with gutter and downpipe that needs replacing. The measurements are as follows: 1 x 11.03m 1 x 11.08m 1 x 11.32m 1 x 1.75m 1 x 2.07m 1 x 5.5m 1 x 5.32m plus 5-6 downpipes. See Photos I think the best option is full gutter/downpipe replacement, but I’d appreciate advice on the most practical and cost-effective approach. The downpipe needs to be replaced. It has a very awkward angle so it blocks and leaks.

Need someone handy to complete two small jobs at my house: 1. Plug / cap an existing downpipe that is no longer required. 2. Replace a stripped tap handle, as the handle won’t tighten properly.
