Replace 80 lineal meters of gutter in monument colourbond. There are about 6 downpipes to replace and or add. Part of house is 2 story. The other part single. Large roof space and need to get water out more effectively.

Please make and install 2 downpipe elbows to replace the ones in the pictures.

Looking for someone experienced with residential stormwater drainage to improve drainage from an existing downpipe at the front of my house in Joondanna. The existing downpipe currently discharges at ground level immediately beside the front porch/house (see photos). I would like: - Existing downpipe modified and connected to underground stormwater pipe. - Pipe run into the adjacent mulched garden bed. - Installation of a suitable small soakwell / soakage pit to dispose of the stormwater. - Soakwell positioned an appropriate distance from the house/footings. - Existing established plants and larger roots avoided where reasonably possible. - Existing services in the area to be considered before excavation. Some retic and power to retic in area. Happy for the installer to recommend the most appropriate solution and size based on the roof catchment and available space. A polypropylene soakwell or suitable gravel soakage system would both be considered. Please quote including labour and materials and let me know what drainage solution you propose.
