Need help to change the damaged downpipe

I am seeking an experienced and suitably qualified guttering/roof plumbing contractor to replace the existing gutters and downpipes at a residential property in Narrogin, WA. The property is being prepared for leasing, and I am looking for a durable, professional installation. Scope of work: Inspect and measure existing gutters and downpipes. Remove/demolish existing gutters and downpipes. Supply and install new gutters, including appropriate clips/brackets, joins, corners and fittings. Supply and install new downpipes throughout the house as required. Ensure gutters have appropriate falls and discharge correctly through the downpipes. Seal and finish all connections appropriately. Supply/delivery of materials to the property. Remove all old gutters, downpipes and other waste from the property and dispose of them appropriately. Leave the site clean and tidy upon completion. Please provide a total quote including labour, materials, delivery, removal/disposal and GST (if applicable). Please also indicate the proposed gutter/downpipe material and profile, colour options, expected duration of the work, earliest availability, warranty and whether you hold the appropriate licence/insurance for this work. The property is available through the property manager. I am seeking quotes and will compare scope, materials, workmanship and price, rather than simply selecting the lowest offer.

have watertank in position but need it plumbed into the downpipe (which is rectangular so need adapter to 90mm pipe)

The downpipe needs to be relocated to the other side of the pillar, facing the rear fence. Ideally, the existing downpipe can be offset/re-routed around the pillar, rather than disconnecting and relocating the roof connection. I’m happy for the pipe to be angled around the pillar as required to achieve this. We have already installed a soak well on the ground at the other side.
