Find a professional downpipe contractor in WA

Looking for an gutter/roof plumber to inspect and advise on gutters and downpipes. House is single-storey but built on an elevated block (8 steps up to entry/deck). * One side: gutters are low and already quickly cleaned * Other side: gutters are high (similar to 2-storey access) – I can’t reach these One Downpipe on high side – outlet sits very low into the drain, which causes leaves to get stuck at the bottom. I currently have to remove debris manually * Need advice if this should be modified (e.g. raised, cut, or different fitting) Also drain that runs under the house – overflows during heavy rain * I tested with a hose in dry weather and it flowed fine, so possibly a capacity or partial blockage issue (Photos of house and gutter heights attached)

Looking for someone to replace x2 downpipes. One will require cutting to fit the offset to the box gutter then angled to pool in the garden bed (see picture) and the others a bit more complicated as will require moving roof tiles to replace rusted out pipe that can also be seen in picture.

I have two issues with two downpipe. “I’ve got a downpipe leaking at the top near the gutter outlet. It looks like the joint isn’t seated properly and water is escaping at the connection. Supply and install 5 No. round colorbond down pipes to replace existing. Existing down pipes have been removed. Offset from gutter spout and kick out shoe at the bottom required. Heights from grate to spout are 2.6m, 2.6m, 2.8m, 3.0m and 3.5m. Photo of existing down pipe attached for ref.

In the recent storm and rain, there is a hole in the rectangular gutter downpipe. Refer pictures below. I am interested in getting this replaced/repaired.

Looking for a qualified roof plumber/ carpenter to replace or repair approximately 20m of guttering and fascia along one side of the house that appears to be slightly coming away in a few areas causing the plasterboard eaves to sag. I would like the fascia repaired if possible or replaced if necessary. There are currently only 2 down pipes so probably need another down pipe installed also.
