Find a professional downpipe contractor in WA

I need a new downpipe installed to a 1 storey house in Bicton. First photo shows an existing downpipe and second is the area where nw downpipe to be installed. Just need to be down to ground level and I will arrange drainage to soak well

Finish connecting down pipe to soak well. The job was not finished properly. Any time weekend or after 430pm week day.

A 2-3 metre section of guttering needs replacement and a downpipe is full of leaves that needs unblocking. Obviously this needs an inspection to quote appropriately so this task is just to quote on the job that needs doing. An inspection may reveal additional work may be required. Unfortunately I cannot provide photos as I am not in WA.

I have a few water leaks in my rear gutter. We believe an additional Downpipe needs to be installed and connected to the underground piping. Out the front I have a water leak into my eve that a tradesperson has attempted to fix by just adding heaps of silicone and it hasn’t worked and looks terrible. So I need an evaluation of what’s required, repair and installation of at least a new Downpipe.

A downpipe has rusted away where it meets the eaves on the second storey of our home and I am looking for someone to replace that section of the downpipe. I assume it may need scaffolding to access.

Looking for an gutter/roof plumber to inspect and advise on gutters and downpipes. House is single-storey but built on an elevated block (8 steps up to entry/deck). * One side: gutters are low and already quickly cleaned * Other side: gutters are high (similar to 2-storey access) – I can’t reach these One Downpipe on high side – outlet sits very low into the drain, which causes leaves to get stuck at the bottom. I currently have to remove debris manually * Need advice if this should be modified (e.g. raised, cut, or different fitting) Also drain that runs under the house – overflows during heavy rain * I tested with a hose in dry weather and it flowed fine, so possibly a capacity or partial blockage issue (Photos of house and gutter heights attached)

Looking for someone to replace x2 downpipes. One will require cutting to fit the offset to the box gutter then angled to pool in the garden bed (see picture) and the others a bit more complicated as will require moving roof tiles to replace rusted out pipe that can also be seen in picture.

I will supply paint and whatever is needed. I want someone to come around for two days worth of painting around the outside of my house. All gutters, down pipes, eaves, window frames anything thats cream coloured I want painted white. Besides garage door as im getting a new one installed.

Need someone handy to complete two small jobs at my house: 1. Plug / cap an existing downpipe that is no longer required. 2. Replace a stripped tap handle, as the handle won’t tighten properly. I’m looking for someone who can supply and install everything needed, including the replacement tap handle and any fittings/materials for the downpipe.
