I require 3x down pipes to be installed from the main gutter

1. Water damage to Laundry cabinet. Needs silicon Description Water is getting trapped under cabinet and soaking up from floor. 2. Downpipe leaking flows into step and wall : need modification glue / fix the joints downpipe 3. Window locks not lined up - Need new holes drilled

One downpipe is rusty and needs replacing. 3 x downpipes have been badly installed and need to be done better.

Need the front gutter replaced around 13m metres in length, and two down downpipes around 1.85 in length. I have the gutters, will need to order downpipes similar to pictured.

-Supply and instal 3 Colourbond downpipe; 1 concealed in eaves, two exposed; -Cut exposed above ground 90mm diameter pipe to correct height to suit connection to downpipes -supply and install fittings, bends, connections, etc as required to connect downpipes; -cut in existing adjacent 40mm diameter AC drain to new proposed downpipe, include for moving ac drain pipe, pipe, bends, tees, etc to connect and complete the installation; -include test for no leaks

I just purchased a home and need 2 x down pipes fixed as they have been cut (see photos) Also need 1 length of gutter replaced (see photo of green gutter)

Require a tradesman with suitable ladder to seal roof sheets with sikaflex or wet area silicone. 5 minute job for the right person. Need ladder to access garage roof and possible ladder to seal downpipe if able.

2 downpipes replaced, 1 section of guttering replaced. Measurements in photos are approximate. Both downpipes go down into the ground/soakwell.

I will supply paint and whatever is needed. I want someone to come around for two days worth of painting around the outside of my house. All gutters, down pipes, eaves, window frames anything thats cream coloured I want painted white. Besides garage door as im getting a new one installed.

Need someone handy to complete two small jobs at my house: 1. Plug / cap an existing downpipe that is no longer required. 2. Replace a stripped tap handle, as the handle won’t tighten properly. I’m looking for someone who can supply and install everything needed, including the replacement tap handle and any fittings/materials for the downpipe.
