Its a 2nd storey home there are 3 places where eve boards need replacing and some downpipes with fresh silcone. A valley flashing to be cut back as it over hangs the tikes and silcobe fixed there. Several aeras on the roof just need fresh silcone. Its the natural cure silcone, also using stsinless steel screws etc if the are needed. Some alliumium spreeders to put put on the roof. Some painting of the eve boards and a few places need ridge cap pointing.

I need a downpipe shifted across 20mm so i can install a blind. It will need a stepped bit out and then a stepped bit back in so it is still level with the drain. As shown in red on pictures. Colour is surf mist colourbond

I need a roof plumber to re-route and fix a downpipe.

I dug a hole for a couple of soakwells and as I was digging a channel from the downpipe I discovered a large pipe which appears to connect to at least one maybe two downpipes. Can this be connected to, instead of the soakwells?
