Looking for a professional painter to paint an approx. 350sqm home gutters, down pipes and 2 x roof gables. Happy to answer any questions you might have.

Looking for an experienced handyman / drainage-experienced tradie to extend existing stormwater downpipes so water is directed further away from the base of the house, plus one detached games room. There are 5 downpipes total: • 3 along the driveway side wall – One already has a soakwell/bucket with drainage gravel installed. This one just needs an extension pipe running neatly into the hole in the grate sitting on the bucket. – The other two need simple, effective extensions to carry water further away from the house (open to your recommendation on best approach). • 1 downpipe on the opposite side of the house – Currently discharges onto a concrete slab and runs into a garden bed where the ground level rises slightly. Needs a practical solution to redirect water away. • 1 downpipe at the rear (white) servicing a detached games room – Same aim: divert water away from the structure. – Also need to repair/patch a small hole near the end of the existing pipe, as shown in the photos. Rust at the lower ends of the pipes has already been addressed on all but one (can sort beforehand if needed). A Holman PVC pipe (shown in the photos, including one photo on its own) is shown attached to one of the house downpipes. This is representative of all of them, as the perimeter is slightly larger than the end of the existing house pipes. It appears to be approximately the same size as the white downpipe, which is also shown. All materials, fittings, pipes and gravel to be supplied by you. I’m keen for this to be done properly, using correctly sized and compatible fittings, and am happy to follow your advice on the most sensible and durable solution for each location. Before accepting a quote, I’d appreciate a very brief outline of how you’d approach the job. Job needs to be fully completed by the end of next week. Photos attached for context.

Replace 7 off down pipes as per photos

Inspect damaged downpipe cover, sand scratched areas, apply filler if needed, prime exposed metal, repaint to match exterior, secure brackets, check alignment, and prevent future impact damage.

I need someone to replace the rusty down pipe which is under the patio.

We have a section of gutter that needs replacing and a down-pipe. Longest edge is 8m Corner piece .5m Shorter piece 4m All pieces will need corner cutting to connect them together, except one side of the long edge which will connect to another straight piece (length of house). Highlighted section that needs replacing on map. Fascia underneath longest section of gutter (8m) is showing signs of rust. Open to doing that too depending on cost.

A downpipe is needed from gutter (on the left corner , see pic) to run along patio pole, then into a watertank or soakwell. No idea what this ll cost.

Carport has what I would describe as a rectangular gutter depositing into a standard down pipe. The gutter (circled in red) is leaking possibly due to rusting out over its 10 year life to date and I’m looking to replace

100mm x 50mm downpipe. Single storey tile roof. Cream in colour

Soakwell needs to be dug in further and then down pipe connected. Once completed sand level off in the area neatly

Finish off cladding on the 2 short ends , paint all and re weld downpipes back on. Cladding paint and downpipes supplied

We need the bolt taken off from exhaust but the bolt is rounded

Have had to relocate the soakwell and the downpipe is on the wrong side of the glass pool fence as per photos. Either relocate the downpipe from the gutter or alternatively modify it above the glass fence to come down the other side of the fence. Only need downpipe relocated, I will fit to soakwell.

2 or 3 roof flumes installed to colorbond roof to connect existing bathroom exhaust ducts and 1 x down pipe supplied and installed at patio area.

Paint Exterior sections of the house; Gutters, Downpipes and under-boards (soffit) I will be painting as well. Hopefully together we can get 2 coats around the house Approx 6-8 hours work Everything provided; paint, brushes, rollers, pots and ladders. - if we need extra I will nip to Bunnings. If you could bring an extra step ladder that would be handy. Experience not really required but would be a bonus.

Hi there, I’m looking to have two downpipes installed. I already have the Colorbond pipes (2.4m), but they will need to be cut to size and properly connected to the existing guttering. You’ll need to have the appropriate tools and materials to cut into the gutter and securely fit the pipes. Additionally, I need a rain chain installed. I have the chain and necessary parts, but it will require a cut into the existing gutter and proper sealing to ensure it’s watertight and secure. Thanks!
