Find a professional downpipe contractor in QLD

2 quick things required here for a plumber. I've asked my local plumber to do this a few times since November hailstorm and he hasn't. So I want this fixed. 1) Gutter downpipe near pool pump. Was plumbed into water tank nearby. Now just want it plumbed back into the downpipe along side the house. 2) Tempering valve on the solar hot water system on the roof is leaking badly after being hit by a hailstone. Needs fixing. Nothing special fix as a new hot water system will be installed shortly from the insurance. Im home on Fridays and Saturdays, or if you're okay with doing this while no one is home, feel free to do it anytime you want. House is within the Logandale Riverlakes golf course estate in Cornubia. Cost: Not sure honestly. If this works out, I'll need a quote for a replacement solar hot water system also. Rinnai, Solarhart, Rheem etc.

Down pipe is rusted and needs to be replaced.

Red dowpipe has come away from gutter. I tore the alumuminium connector ! Replace and reconnect downpipe plz.

I have a leaking gutter on 2nd story roof that holds water and has rust in the bottom of it. The gutter has been cleared and washed and was flowing, so it shouldnt be a blocked downpipe unless it is blocked underground. Need someone to investigate and advise repair options/costs. Looking for a qualified plumber to complete two small plumbing/drainage repairs at a residential property in Margate. Both are above-ground PVC pipes and easily accessible — no digging required. --- 1️⃣ Garage downpipe – rear corner of garage PVC downpipe joint at the top elbow/horizontal section is leaking and showing mould. Likely cause: poor seal or misalignment at the elbow joint. Task: Inspect the joint and reseal or replace fittings as needed. Check that the short horizontal run has adequate fall for drainage. Ensure water discharges cleanly away from the garage wall/slab. Access: from ground level, right-hand rear corner of garage (see attached photo). --- 2️⃣ Under-house PVC drain (approx. 3 m run) Horizontal pipe under the house is installed flat with no fall. Task: Re-hang or re-support the pipe to achieve correct gradient (about 10–20 mm per metre). Supply new brackets/hangers as required. Confirm clear flow by running water through the pipe before completion. Good crawl-space access available.
