Find a professional downpipe contractor in Inner South Melbourne

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. Looking to install a rainwater diverter on the downpipe so that I can divert the water to another drain closeby to stop my garage getting flooded hoping someone can assist

Looking to install a gutter for a pergola as per photo. Would sit above the cafe blind and downpipe on one side with a pipe to existing drain as per pic under the deck. Is 5m. Would prefer colorbond pipe to match woodland grey

1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

A downspout is blocked and requires clearing

the downpipe of a gutter is blocked. It's one of those that goes underground and hadn't had the chance to dig round to check the design (see picture for ref). We need to fix that and to add another downpipe somewhere around the house. Also the drain in the carport is blocked and needs unclogging. It would be great if you to drop by to look at it for a quote.

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

Reattach gutter pipe to wall. The bracket needs to be re-attached back to the external wall to hold gutter down pipe.
